The project’s goal is to effectively support the enterprise in developing and implementing process and innovation technological product as well as marketing and organizational innovation through purchase of innovative consulting services and implementation of investments in the form of an innovative solution technological (machine enabling automation of the production process).
The project concerns preparation for implementation and implementation of process technological innovation through performance of a machine for the production of mineral-plaster decorative panels and decorative brick, and implementing product innovation – a new product (decorative brick), using an innovative one process. In order to successfully implement these innovations within the company will also introduced organizational and marketing innovation.
